Many insurance companies will not continue your contents insurance if the property is let to tenants. You should therefore ensure that you inform your existing insurer that you are considering letting the insured premises. They will then advise if there will be any issue regarding continued cover.

Should you find that cover is not offered for a tenanted property, or simply want a quote from us to perhaps reduce your outgoings, please contact us for more information.
